Slab Restoration is the entrepreneurial project of Carlotta Monni, a second-generation artisan, dedicated to working with marble.

Our company encapsulates long-held values – such as professionalism, passion for our vocation, experience and attention to detail – combined with new objectives, namely the desire to innovate and internationalise the company that presently operates both in Italy and the USA, currently with 8 employees.

Founded in 2022 in Luni, La Spezia, Slab Restoration specialises in the following processes for both companies and individuals:

✓ Grouting and stone-facing marble slabs, as treatments highly valued by those working in the stone industry

✓ Laying marble floor and wall tiles

✓ Grinding and polishing marble, including marble flooring, for both companies and private individuals

At the helm of Slab Restoration, we find Carlotta who mainly deals with the administrative activities and everything related to corporate safety and security, flanked by Andrea who carries out on-site inspections at ourclients’ premises, consultancy activities and quality control regarding the workmanship.

Training and corporate safety and security are truly significant matters for Slab Restoration.
In fact, the company trains all personnel to achieve the certificates of competency required by law through:
• Safety training courses for high risk operations
• Training courses for overhead crane operators
• Training courses for fire prevention, fire-fighting and emergency management in the event of fire
• Training courses for first aiders at medium risk
• Training and information courses for supervisors
